MBJB: You Can Now Report For Potholes In JB Area Via WhatsApp

We often hear of road accidents occurring due to driver negligence or failure of the vehicle to function properly. However, there are some things that can be a factor in accidents, namely the condition of the road itself. Potholes are very dangerous especially for light vehicles such as motorcycles that easily lose stability when they collide with holes, leading to accidents. In this regard, MBJB took the initiative by giving a way to the public to report about potholes in the MBJB administrative area.

Here’s How You Can Submit Report Via WhatsApp

For your information, there are a couple of factors involved in road failure. It can be road design, it can be material design, sometimes construction, and not forgetting environmental factors such as moisture and temperature. Residents of Johor Bahru now can report about potholes in the MBJB administrative area through the WhatsApp application so that the repair of the damaged road can be done.

Here’s How:

1. SCAN the QR code to send a complaint to Whatsapp (019-7788212)
2. Take a picture of the location.
3. Give the name of the pothole area.
