With all of these people volunteering to make PPEs, our frontliners can now focus on doing what they do best. Meanwhile, out of all the stories that we have heard so far, this one will definitely inspire even the most demotivated person in the nation. An OKU girl was born without both of her arms, mastered the sewing machine through dedication and hard work.
An Eye-Opening Video
Norfarrah Syahirah Shaari is a skillful woman who was born without arms. Because of it, she had to rely on her feet to carry out her day to day activity. This ability stunned Malaysians, especially after watching a demonstration video of her sewing PPEs on her Facebook.
To top it all off, this dainty lady surprises us even more with the fact that she volunteered herself in a program with Kolej Komuniti Teluk Intan (KKTI). The program that is dedicated to make protective gear for medical staff at Klinik Kesihatan Teluk Intan and Hospital Teluk Intan. Said in her Facebook post that she was glad that she could contribute to the frontiers.
“I’m feeling really motivated to sew PPE clothing for our frontliners,” she wrote cheerfully. She even uses her personal Facebook page as a medium for her to connect with curious netizens. Syahirah will always respond to her followers and sometimes share her abilities with the public. With great courage, she turned her disability into an impressive talent instead.
Inspiring Every Soul That Saw Her
Syahirah went viral several times before when she daringly obtain her driving license on her own. She even made hijab tutorial videos before! Showing us that nothing is impossible as long as we are willing to learn and work with ourselves.
