Have you ever had Tongmo before? Tongmo is a traditional sausage snack that originated in Cambodia. And for those who curious what it taste like, spot the stall at the Jalan Tembikai, Taman Kota Masai in Pasir Gudang. Once arrived, prepare to see the owner work his craft!

Tongmo is made by stuffing beef into the cow’s intestines. It consists of a mixture of minced beef, fat and herbs. Everything is made from scratch daily. Tongmo is hung for hours to air-dry and this will allow moisture to dissipate. It will be picked and roasted in a small amount to ensure freshness in every bite. Also, roasted until perfectly cooked.

You can choose either 3 pieces for RM 15 or 7 pieces for RM 30. The small stall can get pretty busy, so if it’s full, you can choose to take away your dish or call ahead to place your order and pick it up from the stall. So what are you waiting for?
