Hello foodies! We all know why Roti Canai so loved by the country – since we can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even supper. Most of us are familiar with Roti Canai, Roti Telur, Roti Sardin, and more. However, many of us may not recognize what’s Roti Canai Sarang Burung is. Well, you’re in treats because this viral roti has landed to Warung Ceker Gemang here in Kota Tinggi Johor!

Roti Canai Sarang Burung Spotted Over At Kota Tinggi

The creation of Roti Canai Sarang Burung has recently gone viral in Kuala Kangsar, but Johorean can shimmy their way to Kota Tinggi for this Roti as well. Located behind Petronas Kota Kecil, this eatery also serves other Malaysian favourite breakfast meals. Operating as early as 8 AM until 12 PM, this eatery is always packed with locals especially during weekends and public holidays.

This original Roti Sarang Burung (RM 3.50) is made by molding the roti into a ring shape while adding two sunny sides up eggs in the middle – giving the impression of a bird’s nest. Of course, it doesn’t end here as you can also opt for the Roti Sarang Daging Special (RM6) that comes with toppings of minced meat, sambal, and coriander. It is so good when you have it while it is still hot!

Other than Roti Canai Sarang Burung, you can also savour Roti Canai Balut too. The roti is filled with omelette and you can choose either with spice fried sardines or spice fried chicken. Either way, it’s an absolutely perfect treat. So, it’s time to head over to Kota Tinggi and get your Roti Canai fix!
