Here’s How to Make Wholesome Sweet Treats for The Holidays Using Nestlé Fitnesse Cereals

Hello foodies, it’s the holiday season and we’re so excited to celebrate the festivities with treats and gifts! Haven’t got your sweet treats sorted out? Don’t worry, we’ve got just the perfect Plan B for last-minute screw-ups. We’re here to share with you guys two sweet recipes using Nestlé Fitnesse cereals. That’s right, if you’re a tad health-conscious, this might just be the perfect recipe that even beginners can ace it, so let’s get baking!

Get Baking for The Holidays With These Simple Recipes Using Nestlé Fitnesse Cereals:

#1 Cereal Truffle

Chocolate truffles are the best for the holidays, but you know what’s better? Cereal Truffle with Nestlé Fitness Honey & Almond Cereal! They’re absolutely delicious and you can snack on them with less guilt, plus a chance to flex your baking skills to your friends and family.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Chill Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins
Servings: 8

Ingredients: 
150g pure maple syrup
-75g unsweetened peanut butter
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 cups of Nestlé Fitnesse Honey & Almond Cereal
-140g dark chocolate chips, melted for dipping

Steps: 
1.Line a baking sheet or parchment paper.
2. Place maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and cereal into blender & blend well.
3. Use a cookie scoop to scoop mixture.
4. Roll together in hands to form round shape.
5. Place onto prepared baking sheet.
6. Chill for 30 minutes in fridge.
7. Remove from fridge and dunk chilled truffle halfway in melted chocolate.
8. Place in fridge until chocolate has hardened and you’re ready to serve.

#2 Strawberry Cheesecake

This one is absolutely hands down our favourite! While it might require a bit more work than the first recipe, this strawberry cheesecake is divine and in fact, less steps than the usual cheesecake recipes out there.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Chill Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins
Servings: 9

Ingredients: 
For crust:
-3 cups Nestlé Fitnesse Original Cereal
-5 tablespoons of melted butter

For filling: 
-8 oz cream cheese
-1 large egg
-½ cup sugar
-½ tablespoon vanilla extract
-¼ cup of skim milk

For garnish: 
-5 strawberries

Steps:
1.Crust- Preheat oven and line 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper (to remove from pan easily).
2. Add Nestlé Fitnesse Cereal & melted butter into a blender and blend well. Spread evenly in the baking pan.
3. Filling- Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract & milk into a bowl using a hand mixer and beat until smooth. Spread evenly onto the crusted pan.
4. Bake it in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 160°C.
5. Garnish– Cut the strawberries into slices. Once cheesecake cooled down, chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hr. Add sliced strawberries onto it and serve cold.
