Looks like Family Mart isn’t the only place to get Oden now. Of course, their Oden choices are amazing. However, it wouldn’t hurt to try something new once in a while. Turns out, there’s an Oden street stall at Pasir Gudang and apparently, these bowls of Oden look just as good as any other.
Opening A Small Stall At Home
For almost 5 years, the Stall of Itanahar has been selling Ikan Bakar during Ramadhan. Business was good then thanks to the delicious sambal made by the owner’s mother (who used to work as a hotel chef). Occasionally, they were even invited to open up a booth during events and functions.
Unfortunately, everyone was affected during PKP and so did the Itanahar. Keeping their heads high, the owners decided to switch gears and sell Oden in front of their house instead. Accepting orders for both self pick-up and delivery.
Affordable Oden With Assorted Ingredients
For RM5, you can get a bowl of 8 different types of fishcakes. Add another RM1 and you can choose to either include udon noodles or various vegetables into the bowl. Considering how much goodies you can get in under RM6, this is definitely a steal. Splash everything with piping hot tom yum soup and you know you’re going to have a good time.
Additionally, the stall also sells its famous grilled food sambal! So if you are interested, just give them a call or visit them at the stall okay?
