Each of the stuffed bamboo pipes is covered with a banana leaf to seal in the spices and then placed in a huge steaming pot. Their biryani comes with a plate of fluffy yellow rice, served with a generous and tender chunk of meat drenched in gravy. Their crowd-favourite is definitely their Mutton Biryani.
