The ZUS Signature outlet at Mount Austin features a warm, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. Soft lighting, natural wood panels, and touches of greenery come together to create a calm yet refined space. Every cup served at ZUS Signature is brewed exclusively using Single Origin Espresso, prepared by skilled baristas who are deeply passionate about their craft.

At ZUS Signature, quality starts at the source. The coffee team carefully curates coffee with high-quality single origin beans from renowned coffee regions, including Brazil and Ethiopia.

Among its standout creations is the Zirty Latte, a ZUS-style take on the classic dirty latte. This refreshing drink features iced-shaken espresso paired with their signature creamy milk blend, creating a bold yet silky texture with a well-balanced coffee kick that’s both indulgent and easy to enjoy.

Beyond coffee, ZUS Signature also places a strong emphasis on quality across its menu including matcha. The outlet uses Ceremonial Grade Matcha, the highest quality of matcha available, instantly recognisable by its vibrant, intense green colour.
