With that said, let’s check out this fast and snappy Ayam Kicap recipe that you can make for the family using Tyson BBQ Roasted Chicken Drumstick.
Ingredients:
- Tyson BBQ Roasted Chicken Drumstick
- 2 tablespoons of blended chili
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tamarind juice
- Sweet soy sauce
- Small red chili
- Onion, sliced round
Blended ingredients:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 shallots
- 2 inches of ginger
- Scallion (for garnish)
Steps:
- Microwave Tyson BBQ Roasted Chicken Drumstick and set aside.
2. In a pan with heated oil, add finely pounded ingredients and stir until golden yellow.
3. Add ground chili, oyster sauce, tomato sauce and Tyson BBQ Roasted Chicken Drumstick. Stir well.
4. Add soy sauce, red chili and water.
5. Cover and let the chicken boil, then add tomatoes and onions. Stir well until the onions are slightly wilted, then turn off the heat.
6. Remove from heat and serve with sprinkles of chili and scallions.
